Life Member means a person whose meritorious service to the Company and the industry have been recognized by the Board in its absolute discretion.”
Life Members are entitled to:
- receive notice of, and attend and vote at general meetings of the Company;
- receive annual reports of the Company including financial reports in relation to each Financial Year; and
- any other rights, powers and privileges determined by the Board from time to time.
