AGWA members often highlight the destabilising activities of cowboys and that nothing is done about non-compliance - but identifying non-compliance is often the most difficult thing to do. AGWA needs members to be proactive and report incidents of non-compliance so we can commence investigating and take steps to fix the problem. Relying on others to report something might mean that it simply does not happen.
Ultimately “If we don’t know it’s broken – how can we know it needs fixing.”
Over the last couple of years AGWA has, each year, completed between 120 and 140 dispute and non-compliance investigations. For us to actively investigate we need your help so, if you see something you believe is non-compliant, please report it by sending an email to [email protected] with as much detail as possible (photos are welcome) that will give us enough information to proceed with an investigation. Please be assured that your confidentiality will be maintained.
