This year the celebrations are coming with Awards Nights in every state, ensuring every member in every state has the opportunity to catch up with old friends and new and collectively celebrate the clear and vibrant achievements in our industry. I would also like to take a moment to remind you to mark your calendars for our Face-to-Face Forums summing to your state throughout March and April, these meetings provide a unique chance for networking and knowledge exchange. Check your state's event schedule to stay engaged and hear what changes and opportunities are coming our way.

New Apartment Energy Efficiency Handbook released

The ABCB Apartment Energy Efficiency Handbook is now available. This handbook provides guidance on the energy efficiency requirements for Class 2 apartment buildings.

  

NCC 2022 now in effect in ACT

The bulk of the provisions in NCC 2022 came into effect in the ACT from 1 May 2023 and the remaining provisions commenced in the ACT yesterday on 15 January 2024.
