Inclement weather
After all the storms we have had across Australia, a question employers often want answered is ‘when does bad weather become inclement weather?’. Construction workplace injuries
WorkSafe Victoria has published a couple of posts relating to injuries in the construction industry.  The first relates to a builder who was fined for not providing fall protection on their worksite: https://lnkd.in/g877zwn9 

The second post is sending out a notice that WorkSafe Inspectors will be conducting a construction industry blitz focusing on falls form heights.  This will occur from 19 February to 4 March so it might be a good time to check that you are ready and compliant in case you get a knock on your door: https://lnkd.in/guuGVHUa.
