Draft Australian Standard (DRAS) 4055 has been released for public comment. Whilst the new amendment includes a small number of minor editorial changes, it primarily introduces the following key technical changes:
• Region B is split into two sub-regions( B1 and B2) to align with AS/NZS 1170.2
• Subsequently, region B2is designated as a cyclonic classification as subject to relevant internal pressure coefficients
• Wind region D has shifted northward to align with Western Australian NCC2022 State Variation.
