PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIP
Australian Glass & Window Association Professional Membership is held by a person, not a company. A person who is not eligible for, or employed by a person eligible for, Prime Window System Supplier, Manufacturer, Importer, Installer or Supplier Membership shall be eligible for Australian Glass & Window Association Professional Membership if they:
- Are engaged in a profession involving windows, doors, curtain walls, shopfronts, skylights, glass, and related products for residential, commercial, institutional or industrial new construction or remodelling; and
- Meet the eligibility standards approved by the Board of Directors.
A Professional Member is not entitled to vote in the affairs of the Association nor are they eligible to hold office within the Association.
Examples of professions that may fulfil the criteria for Professional Membership are: building surveyor, builder, architect, designer, and thermal assessor.
